They pride themselves on delivering a fresh approach to projects and are passionate about creating high-performing buildings and infrastructure.

Hydrock migrated over to Rapport3 in September 2019. There were many challenges in deploying their previous Practice Management solution Workspace from Union Square at their Almondsbury HQ and connecting it to their 15 other offices. The Hydrock team worked hard to make it work for them, but as the business continued to expand it was clear that Hydrock needed a solution that could deal with the varying workflows across the different disciplines and functions and could be easily used by all staff.

For Hydrock it was vital that their system would integrate their data and give them better insight into their team profitability, WIP and project revenue projection. 

Rapport3 provides this seamless functionality for the Hydrock team. Using the Rapport3 ODATA feed, our integration allows easy access to all Rapport3 data from within Microsoft Power BI, providing you with the tools to produce graphically rich dashboards and reports in one place.

“We now have a much better picture than we have had in the past. It helps us produce month end reports, measure head count and staff turnover. It has also given us a much better understanding of the age profile for prospects, showing the future pipeline, orders and prospect information” Dave explained.

Rapport3’s reporting has ensured quality data can be utilized across the team to help across different management teams. “We developed a suite of reports suited to our company, to measure and monitor, including the WIP report that is used every month for a progress check. We also run this report at month end to assess costs brought in, status of jobs and a 6 month projection of invoicing.”

Dave continued, “The Power BI dashboards with Rapport3 have given us a much better picture of invoicing for the coming months. The step forward with Rapport3 is undoubtedly the forecasting and the data and that is the key difference with union square and rapport3.”
