We recently caught up with Jamie Siggers, CampbellReith Partner, to discuss how CampbellReith selected Rapport3 and their experience using the software. 

The Client

Since 2018, CampbellReith has been a Rapport3 client. They adopted our software to manage their projects and finances seamlessly. Unlike Rapport3, their old system JMS was very hard to navigate. CampbellReith was looking for user-friendly project costing software with a supportive customer experience team. 

 

They joined us to empower and streamline their projects. Specifically, they took on our project costing module to streamline cost management, enabling them to deliver projects with enhanced profitability. Additionally, Rapport3 played a pivotal role in supporting their finance team with reconciliation processes, further optimizing their financial operations.

How CampbellReith Uses Rapport3

Our core module, Job Costing, handles administrative, project costing, and project accounting needs for AEC professionals, improving productivity and efficiency. Our dashboards show important features like QA, timesheets, resource planning, business intelligence, budget planning, expenses, invoice generation, and team management. They are very helpful for CampbellReith's business processes.
